We ship charitable goods (e.g. wheelchairs) directly to recipients in the destination region. Delivery timelines depend on the destination country and logistics partners. You will receive a confirmation email once your donation or order has been processed.

For physical gift products shipped to customers, standard delivery within Germany takes 1–3 business days. International shipping times vary.
